Our Systems Engineers will send the Hot Fix notification to your primary point of contact and apply it to ensure business continuity.

Hence, our team will keep the services acquired “operational” or “keep them green” to avoid any operational disruptions. “Hot fixes” means a single fix in one specific functional area of our service product that is critical to your operations is not functioning correctly where we will update our product with the fix. Our Systems Engineers will send the Hot Fix notification to your primary point of contact and apply it to ensure business continuity.

Through our Green Tree Maintenance and Support Tier, GBP will provide a primary and secondary authorized callers (customer designated) who may contact our Systems Engineers to request standard technical support (e.g., report technical issues or request product assistance).
